- Sponsor “Making it Personal with Bishop Joensen” radio show on Iowa Catholic Radio
- Recognize Catholic Schools Week - last week of January
- Fund monetary gifts to our newly ordained Priests and Deacons - June and July
- Sister Appreciation Gift Baskets for ~35 sisters in the DM Diocese - March
- Host New Member Induction Mass, Mass to Pray for deceased Serrans by Name and Milestone Membership dinner
- Host Seminarian Luncheon - August
- Host Priest Appreciation Picnic- September
- Host Deacon Appreciation Luncheon - November (Deacon Sunday - 2nd Sunday in October)
- Host Bishop’s Burse dinner – November
- Host New Member Orientation (Review of 'What do Serrans do?')
- Meet monthly for “First Friday Rosary and Mass” with Chaplain, Fr. Larry followed by coffee/donut social hour
- Host quarterly Holy Happy Hour (member program) with Mass, social time and speaker
- Support 31 Club (Daily Rosary for Vocations)
- Support two “Seven Serrans” teams to say daily prayers for Vocation Directors Fr. Ross Parker (Diocese of DM) and Fr. Jared Holzhuter (Diocese of Madison)
- Fund birthday gifts to our Seminarians
- Established parish ambassadors to promote the Saint Serra Club to all metro parishes
- Invite members to pray a monthly Holy Hour at the Cathedral with the Bishop
- Provide bookmarks for Dowling Catholic HS retreat weekend and “freshman 101” orientation class
- (Spiritually) Adopt a Seminarian – August (New Seminarians until ordained Priesthood)
- Support Altar Server Recognition program – (in conjunction with parish ministry)
- Foster an Hispanic Outreach program
- Establishing a Homebound Ministry – Deliver Priest Calendars, Pray for our Seminarians, and all religious
- Establishing a Traveling Crucifix program
